Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can help with a cancellation or address change. Message us as soon as possible on WhatsApp at +91-8604321891.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box and the product. We’ll review and arrange a replacement or resolution.
What if I received the wrong item?
Let us know within 48 hours with your order ID and a photo of the item received. We’ll correct it as quickly as possible.
Do you accept returns for opened food items?
For food safety reasons, we generally can’t accept returns of opened items. If there’s a quality issue, contact us and we’ll help with a suitable resolution.
When will I receive my refund?
If a refund is approved, it’s processed to the original payment method. Timelines vary by bank/payment provider.
What if my order is delayed or tracking hasn’t updated?
Tracking can take some time to refresh after dispatch. If there’s no movement for an extended period, message us and we’ll coordinate with the courier.
